We rented this RV for a three-day event. It was delivered before we arrived, with video instructions. Omar was great with communicating throughout. On arrival at 3 p.m., the inside temperature was 86°F with the AC set to 72°F. The settings were correct. It reached 74°F only around 10 p.m. The next day, a technician cleaned dirty coils, then had to return to reinstall a sensor he had left off. Neither fixed the problem, and the temperature stayed at 86°F. Omar said the heat was normal due to direct sun and that we should have known it had one AC. Inside and outside temperatures were the same during the day, and cooking raised it to 90°F. We could not use the RV during the day for all three days. The mattresses were about 3 inches of foam and uncomfortable. We received a $300 credit on a $2,000 rental. This RV appears to be new to the fleet, with one prior review. If you're renting in warm weather, confirm the AC can cool this size before renting.

My experience with Your House on Wheels was great! This was my first time renting an RV and Omar made the experience as smooth as possible. We rented the RV for Love Burn and we were provided with an RV package that included everything we needed. Omar explained the ins and outs of the RV and noted that if we had any additional questions or concerns, that we could contact him during our rental time. The RV worked great and we will definitely be using Your House on Wheels again in the future!
