5.05 stars across the board. Omar and the host were incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a first timer towing and hitching an RV of this size with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had a lot of questions, and they really took the stress out of the process. They walked me through everything, made sure the hitch setup was correct, and took the time to explain how everything worked in a way that was easy to understand. The RV itself was spotless, very well maintained, and surprisingly easy to use. You could tell they really care about the experience and want people to feel comfortable and confident before hitting the road. Honestly, it made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing we had such a solid setup and responsive hosts behind it. Would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone, especially first time RV travelers.
