Generally responsive, poor issue resolution
Silvio is often praised for quick responses and helpfulness, even coming on-site. However, one reviewer reported slow responses and agitation when faced with multiple mechanical issues, leading to a problematic experience. A booking was also canceled by host.
Drives easily, but has maintenance issues
Lola is described as easy to drive, park, and handles mountains well. However, recent issues include a melted adapter, non-working headlight, constant check engine light, faulty seatbelt, ripped screens, non-closing windows, main door issues, and a wobbly ride.

1.0Generally a good rv but owner made it very problematic with misrepresentations and poor care. RV Lola issues: - [ ] Melted electrical adapter - spent 3-4 hours looking for replacement part for owner - [ ] No front left headlight - hard to see at night - [ ] Check Engine light always on - very worrying - [ ] Rear Passenger seat belt doesn’t work - [ ] Ripped screen & closure - [ ] Small side windows don’t close - [ ] No window screen on small window - [ ] Main door didn’t close and owner tried to blame us - [ ] Wobbly ride (owner didn’t check tires) - [ ] owner very slow to respond to messages including 45 min wait in driveway re engine light on - [ ] As a result, no peace of mind during rental. - [ ] When I spoke with Silvio - the owner - to provide the list of items he should check out . . . . he became agitated and nitpicky, refused to listen, and told me to contact Outdoorsy. This, would highly suggest NOT renting this RV or from this Owner.

5.0Silvio was great! This was our first time using Outdoorsy and he made the experience very easy. “Lola” was awesome!!! We were very comfortable on our trip to GA. The RV was very easy to drive, easy to park and handled excellent in the mountains. Looking forward to another trip!
