IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1- Your camper: Make sure that the campsite can provide power service based on the camper’s needs. We do offer a 50amp to 30amp adaptors and vice versa, but keep in mind that a reduction in power limits what you are able to run. Make sure your camping slip accommodates the length of the camper. Let us know if your slip is paved, on gravel, grass or dirt if possible. 2-Non-Smoking: You will risk the entire security deposit if there’s any hint of smoke inside the camper. Please do not allow anyone to smoke inside or near the windows and doors. It is just so difficult to remove the odor. 3- Waste Tanks: A Waste Tank Disposal Fee can conveniently be deducted from the security deposit if there is any level of sewage or gray water. Please note that the fee is charged even if you have sewer hookup. We will provide instructions on how you can check levels and dump. Some sewage service truck companies at campgrounds are not making sure ALL tanks are completely emptied. You have the option of electing to prepay the dump fee or rent a portable waste tank if you do not have sewer hookup. 4- Pets: “Trained” pets under 50lbs are welcome but please DO NOT leave them unattended inside the camper. We suggest bringing a kennel. Include the Pet fee on the reservation to avoid a non-disclosure charge from the deposit. A Pet waiver will be provided at check-in to be signed. 5- Other possible charges: Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets and towing charges which are conveniently deducted from the security deposit. When your unit is delivered, the local toll road may save miles on delivery charges but we will do our best to avoid it if it proves to be beneficial to you. 6-An awning waiver will be provided t check in to be signed.
