4.0I would have given 5 stars but the trailer we rented during the Easter holiday had to be cleaned by my wife and I after we picked it up. We usually wipe down with sanitary wipes, but after storing all winter we were the first to rent it this year. The staff at Midland were apologetic and offered to make things right. Their staff and service were easy to work with and super friendly. We will definitely go back if we need to rent again. Sometimes these things happen and we learn from them. They are good people to work with.
