**Camper Rental Rules** 1. **Smoking:** No smoking inside the camper. Outdoor smoking is allowed, away from flammable items. 2. **Pets:** Pets are welcome. Please follow size/breed guidelines and ensure the camper is kept clean. 3. **Maximum Occupancy:** Only the number of people listed in the rental (sleeping capacity = 6) may stay overnight. 4. **Check-in / Check-out:** Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Late check-outs may incur fees. 5. **Care & Cleanliness:** Please return the camper clean and tidy. Remove trash, wash dishes, and avoid damage to interiors. 6. **Appliances & Utilities:** Use appliances as intended. Follow instructions for the stove, fridge, and any electronics. 7. **Outdoor Kitchen / BBQ:** Use safely, clean after use, and never leave unattended. 8. **Parking & Towing:** Follow proper towing instructions and park on stable, level ground. 9. **Noise & Neighbors:** Keep noise at a respectful level, especially in campgrounds or residential areas. 10. **Prohibited Activities:** No illegal activities, parties, or events without prior approval. 11. **Reporting Issues:** Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
