Jaren was very helpful in explaining the function of all RV details. When I had questions on the road, he answered very quickly and was helpful to solve problems.

Jaren made his RV available on just 2 days notice when our previous RV reservation's host canceled 3 days prior to pick-up. Kudos to Outdoorsy's concierge team for coordinating the last minute substitution! Jaren was prompt in responding to the flurry of text messages that were needed with reserving his RV on short notice. I'm deducting one star for the RV's tires being underinflated despite his assurances that they were fine. The underinflation likely was the cause of one tire's sidewall rupture on the first day of our 3 week rental. Per the contract I was responsible for replacing the tire and paying labor costs. So... a rough start to our trip but things got better after that and his RV performed well. I would rent from Jaren again but with more lead time so that the RV could go through Outdoorsy's full pre-trip inspection.

Wonderful experience, owner was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The RV was awesome! Easy to drive, not like a boxy old time RV, very convenient. Apple CarPlay and Android compatible, all the comforts of home.
