1) You must have 2 sq-in towing hitch, Standard 30-amp 7-pin trailer connector and trailer brake controller. The 30-amp is needed to charge the trailer battery while towing.
2) For safety and performance, you should use "Proportional" type, not Delay or Synchronize brake controller because they can lockup trailer wheels.
3) Full service Uhaul store is a cost-effective place to install Hitches and Brake Controller. Make sure they have enough time to schedule installation and order parts which can take as long as 2 weeks.
4) If you don't have brake controller in your car then you can rent or purchase Curt Mobile Brake Controller
5) Purchasing insurances through Outdoorsy required ALL drivers to be verified. 5.0Trung and Chris made our first time towing a travel trailer such a positive experience. Chris shared some helpful videos about the trailer and Trung spent time with us to make sure we knew how to perform all of the essential functions of the RV. While on our trip, Trung was available and communicative to help us troubleshoot when we needed guidance. The trailer itself was comfortable for our young family and two small dogs. Trung was also flexible with us when it came time to drop off since my husband had work on the day we were to return the trailer. We would definitely take the Micro Minnie on another adventure in the future :)

3.0Trung is very helpful to help us install the connector, test drive with us to make sure it is working. However, the RV condition is not as expected, not clean (a lot of spider net inside it), smelly, AC not working, black water not cleared before us, but cleared by Trung and me together.

5.0Kyle is awesome! He is nice and patient, went through everything for me, a first timer. He is also encouraging, I’m happy that this is the first trailer I rent. The RV is perfect for a small family, many handy tools are available, very friendly to first time haulers like me.

5.0We had a very good experience with Trung and Chris, very easy to communicate, very thorough about the trailer, and super prompt to address concerns and support during my trip. Trailer is great value and man that slide out is a game changer. If have to list something that could be improved upon, is that a thorough wipe down before renter get the trailer. It is not bothering me and it is def on par with some other trailers I have seen, just something to further improve the experience. All in all, highly recommended and wont hesitant to rent from Trung and Chris again.
