Smart TV to connect to netflix or other apps. and an entertainment system with blue LED lights. 1 bedroom with doors, 2 bunk beds, sofa seat folds down and eating area breaks down into a bed. The slide-out helps with some room for cooking or games (have a few in drawers). Outdoor chairs and games that we use, is included. The only thing you will need is linens or sleeping bags and pillows. We don't supply the bedding.
