Adorable, spacious trailer for the perfect getaway. Everything you need and nothing that you don't for a camping experience that will be a little more comfortable. 20 ft. exterior, 17ft. interior. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on the new memory foam queen bed plus a fold down couch for the little ones. Plenty of kitchen space, including a mid-size fridge/freezer (plenty of room and no extra coolers needed), two burner stove, and microwave with basic kitchenware. Includes a full bathroom, vanity, and stand-up shower. The slide-out provides additional space and couch area with a removable table, but still allows you room to fit into any RV campsite and more compact areas. It also has a large power awning, outside speakers, outdoor mat, and outdoor gas grill for outdoor living/entertainment. Linens and towels included, as well as, initial paper products. TV included, with satellite (reception pending on area), ready for cable hook-up, and DVD capable.This light trailer is 3200 lbs, making it ideal for a mid-size SUV or small truck. Dual axle, weight distribution hitch and sway bar adds additional safety features and perfect for towing, easy to handle and maneuver at any camp site. It is the perfect RV for a small family trip, weekend getaway, or first time RV experience.Generator available upon request for off-grid camping.I include everything you need to connect the RV to your vehicle. Hitch, sway bar, weight distribution setup, wiring adapters. We can work together on coordinating a pick-up time. At that time I will give you run the down on the operation of the RV and hook it up for you. We can coordinate times for drop-off as well.
