Our RV is now 3yrs old. We bought it new and it is still in new like condition with all service records. It sleeps 5 comfortably. All electric with Electric fireplace, gas or electric heat. Has outside entertainment center and 2 TV's inside. Comes with some amenities like coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot, toaster, misc utensils, and some pots and pans. Also has small grill, outside area rug, and a couple of lawn chairs
