Ryan's a nice guy, but he might remember that a genuine apology goes a long way. Here's my issues. We rented this camper for a week. He brought it, set it up, air stopped working. After I had loaded all my groceries into it, He offered a different camper, we accepted, and I moved everything over. Camper had no sheets, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, or broom. He brought us sheets and towels later. I went to make the bed at 9 that night and found the sheets were the wrong size. So, I went to WalMart again and bought king size sheets which I left as I have no use at my home. The one 2 qt. saucepan was so scratched and chipping you couldn't use it. I also could not use or even open the freezer because it smelled so bad. I bought baking soda to put in it because everytime the compressor kicked in it smelled like dead animal in the main area. I did send Ryan a message to give him an opportunity to at least apologize. I don't like to leave bad reviews. BUT, when all I get in response is a note saying, "I'll check into those things". It does let me know he's not concerned with my experience. Clearly, it's all about the money. I probably would not rent again from him based on this experience.

We rented 2 RV's from Ryan for the 4th of July weekend. He delivered and set up both RV's for us. He is meticulous about the set up and was able to get one of the RV's into a very tight spot. Both RV's were new, clean and gorgeous. We were SO happy with the whole process. I highly recommend Ryan! He's the best!!

We had a great time. Couple snags as you always have, but Ryan was great, responsive, concerned, and helped make everything work.
