The dual opposing slides in the living and kitchen area provide you with more space to move about and with a tri-fold sofa is included in this unit, you can sleep four people each night. After you've explored all day, relax on the theater seating and enjoy a movie on the 50-inch LED Hdtv, or fire up the fireplace for a cozy evening with a book. If it is warm outside in the summer months this unit is equipped with dual A/C's. You will love the front private bedroom that includes a slide out with a king bed, a tv and a master closet that can store all your belongings. The chef of the family has the option of cooking dinner inside on the three-burner range, microwave or head outdoors to prepare the meal on the outside kitchen. Dinner may be served inside at a table equipped with 4 chairs. You'll also find an outside TV here that is great for an evening movie under the stars!

Ensure the floors are swept before closing up slides to prevent scarring the floor.
You have to be on a 50 amp connection to operate both A/C units. If you are connected to 30 amp, you can only operate one of the A/C. On 30 amp you can run A/C independent of each other either bedroom or main living.
Please clean and sweep the unit prior to return, and remove all trash and personal belongings. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $150.
The RV return time is no later than 3 p.m. EST on the last day of the reservation. Customers who are not able to return by 3 p.m. EST must inform the owners prior to the 3 p.m. EST deadline. Any late returns between 3 p.m. EST and 9 p.m. EST will incur a $150 late fee.
