Rules of the Road & Associated Violations Fees - to be deducted from Damage Deposit 1. RV pick-up time will be pre-arranged with owner, between designated business hours of 7AM -7PM. If after-hours accommodations are required for pick-up or drop-off, a $20/hour convenience fee will be added for each incremental hour early or late. For example: 8PM = $20 add-on, 9PM = $40 add-on, 10PM = $60 add-on, etc.) 2. RV is due back by the same hour of the day you departed with it. So, if the key hand-off was 3pm on the day of your departure, it will be due back by 3pm the day of your return (1 hour grace period, $20/hour late fee after that - see Outdoorsy's policy on if late return affects another booking). 3. Empty liquids compartment of composting toilet before returning ($20 dumping fee) 4. Pet Regulations: 2 pets maximum are allowed during a rental, and requires a $15/day per pet add-on to account for the additional risk of damage & wear and tear on the RV. Special requests for more than 2 pets can be discussed, but will minimally require the otherwise optional purchase of an interior damage insurance policy ($69 worth $1500 in damages - see Outdoorsy's insurance packages for more details). If arrangements for more than 2 pets is not discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking, and a violation occurs, there will be a $50/day per pet penalty charged upon return. RV should be returned free of pet odors, soiled linens or damages caused by pets (Withholdings from damage deposit are subject to type of damage and repair costs) A $50 penalty per pet per day on the road will be charged for having more than 2 pets along. 5. No climbing on roof ($50 fee unless necessitated by emergency, professional maintenance, or previously approved by owner) 6. No smoking, vaping or drug use ($500-700 fee to cover smoke remediation services) 7. RV should be returned clean, in the same condition as when it departed ($50/hour with 1 hour minimum "Messy Return Fee" will be charged for RV r
