•Please use only the supplied (RV/Marine Ready) toilet paper for
toilet and NO personal wipes. Please do not flush, Kleenex, feminine
products or similar.
•No grease down kitchen sink
•Wash off sand and mud with outside hose (stored in rear of camper)
before entering camper
•No border crossings (Mexico & Canada)
•All pet needs to be declared and approved (only small pets allowed)
•If extensive cleaning is needed, you will be charged an added cleaning fee with a minimum fee of $100.00
•Please return gas tank full (otherwise a charge of $10.00 per gallon will apply)
•Please return propane full (otherwise a charge of $35.00 will apply)
•Any lost or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee

5.0We rented Alan's camper van for a family get-together at Convict Lake over Memorial Day weekend. The van is very well cared for, and before we headed out, Alan spent some time showing us the features. He was also good at communicating before and during the trip ... offering his phone number to answer questions. The van is easy to drive for a larger vehicle, with enough power to get us up into the Sierra Nevada mountains. I'd definitely recommend Alan's van to any couple looking to take a road trip.

5.0Alan’s camper van was exceptionally clean, easy to drive and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! He’s a great communicator, responds quickly and also a friendly, cool guy. I’d def rent from him again.
