Camp in comfort and style in this easy-to-operate 2019 Grand Design Transcend! Enjoy plenty of headroom with a ceiling height of over 6 ft 10in. This camper features a large super slide that includes both the dinette (which can be converted into a bed) and theatre seating which faces the 32in TV. Along the rear wall, you will find a trifold leather couch which converts into even more bed space. In the front of the coach, enjoy a full-size residential grade queen-size bed! The front master includes a private door which is the second full-size door on this unit. Immediately preceding the master bedroom is a full walk-through bath that includes a walk-in shower, porcelain toilet, sink, and plenty of counter space. In the kitchen area, you will have full access to a stainless steel sink, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The Coach has Bluetooth surround sound speakers for relaxing and listening to your favorite music. Important features that set this camper apart from the competition is the extra-large tank capacity. Fresh Water - 62gal Grey Water - 78gal Black Water - 39gal. Included in the water system is a 17.8gal/hr DSI quick recovery water heater for steaming hot showers after a long day hiking. For viewing a scenic campsite of your choice, enjoy the large panoramic windows throughout the trailer. I hope you enjoy the trailer as much as I do!

1. If I suspect that the renter has smoked in the coach, $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
2. If the renter returns the coach without emptying the black and grey tanks and add on option to return them full was NOT selected, $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
3. If the renter returns the coach unreasonably clean (dirty dishes, muddy floors, excessive pet hair, trash not taken out, etc) $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Any damage due to pets or human error (rips in fabric, burnt countertops, scratches in wood, etc.) will result in a $50-$500 deduction from the security deposit.
5. If propane tanks are returned below the level before departure, $50 will be deducted from the security deposit.
