2Jason was flexible in terms of picking up the vehicle and even let us return the bday after our rental ended. The trailer was tidy, some mold in the fridge. The weight distribution hitch was missing the second smaller ball - fortunately I brought a second hitch. Might of worked, but didn't feel like risking it. The fridge stopped working, which required a reset. However, the water pump did not work and was not fixed, nor were we offered a prorated discount. I would not rent from Jason again and I would absolutely not advise renting this trailer.
