** We do not book your campground, you will be required to reserve a camp spot within 48 hours of booking or reservation can be cancelled. We recommend booking a 50 or 30 amp electric spot for fully functioning unit. If you do not get an electric spot we would require renting the generator with the camper to be able to fully support unit. Colorado does have unpredictable weather. With hot summer days and trailers can get pretty warm inside, but if it gets cloudy the generator will keep batteries charged to allow unit to keep functioning. If camping site has no dumping station there will be additional fees for off site dumping, as we are charged additional fees to dump at any offsite locations.
** First come first serve spots are only allowed if you are picking up the trailer and taking it yourself.

There is fishing and hiking offered all around the area, with beautiful Colorado mountains in every direction from Montrose. The Black Canyon is 13 miles from Montrose. 5.0The trailer was clean and fully stocked. Mike was very easy to communicate with and so helpful! We had Mike drop off the trailer and pick it up and it made our trip so smooth and easy. Can't recommend this trailer enough!
