Due to great demand for visiting family sleeping arrangements at your own home, I’ve installed a “soft start device” for the A/C - run A/C at full capacity on a 20 amp garage circuit or a small 2000w generator!!Want to go camping but don't have a truck to pull something? Don't sleep on the ground! Easily tow this pop-up with most small SUV's and pickups! Brand new!Tons of storage, easy to pull, set up and take down. Fully stocked with essentials - paper plates and utensils, outdoor mat for under the awning, single serve Keurig with coffee assortment, light/fan combo’s for beds. Custom LEDs under the awning (120v hookup required). Heated mattresses(120v), propane furnace for the chilly nights and A/C (120v) to keep you cool in the summer heat. Extremely clean and garaged when not in use. Even has a custom ceiling mounted 24" Smart tv! Connect to the campsite wifi and watch your Netflix on rainy days. No Netflix account? You can still just watch tv with fully wired cable hookup at the site (if available). Even mounts outside!Camper has 7pin connector to vehicle but 4pin flat adapter is available if needed. Camping when I was a child was one of my favorite things to do. Now that we have 4 young children - we love sharing the experience with them. There's just nothing like the smell of coffee and a campfire in the morning! We try to get out at least once a month, and decided to share the experience with you when we arent out ourselves!

The camper was just what we wanted and the family was super easy to work with! Everything was in great shape and well organized. Very easy to pull and set up.

Camper was easy to tow and set up. It was equipped as promised by Joseph and he even shared some firewood which we used! We stayed dry during some heavy rain which lasted most of one day.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Q.What size ball is required?

The camper requires a 2" ball.
Q.Do I need a brake controller to tow?
A.
No. Camper is super light. Camper has optional electric brakes but as long as you are within your vehicles tow rating, you do not need a brake controller.
Q.Do I need my own ball and hitch?
A.
I have a few different hitch options and ball, contact me with vehicle information I probably have something that works if you do not own a ball.
