We had a great time renting through Kirk and Mandy. Thanks for making our trip that much better! Hope to use RV life is good in the future.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY/OWNER!!! this person is a complete scam artist. I rented this RV for 30 days. Upon getting the RV several items were noted to have issues, non of which were dealbreakers...or so I thought. We noted the items and took the RV. From day one of us having the rv it started falling apart. This company/owner fixes the rv just enough to look good, but also just enough so that it will fall apart and they'll be able to collect the security deposit + insurance. Think I'm kidding? Lean back in the dinette. The back of the seat will become unhinged. In the bedroom, reach up and touch the top right corner of the wall towards the foot of the bed....it'll come right off. This is just two of several issues. Not only that, this company/owner acknowledged AND even wrote down the issues. After the trip I lost my security deposit and got a statement from the insurance company. Guess what was on there? Most of the items that they had noted to be issues!! They didn't think that we took a picture of the sheet they wrote all the issues down on, nor did they realize that we took a video of the rv before taking it off the lot. To further highlight the dishonesty, this company/owner submitted a charge for the extra mileage we added to the vehicle. That's completely fair. Outdoorsy acknowledged the charge and we acknowledged the charged, all good. I looked at my bank statement and the owner charged an additional $100 on top of the charge they had already submitted. No explanation was given. Worst of all, Outdoorsy has let these people completely take advantage of us. In total, I've lost $3093 in additional to what I paid for the RV. Go to rvshare or some other site. See pics below. I included the sheet in which they filled out the issues of the rv. the claims report. the extra charges (they just kept charging my card!!!). I have a video that we took before we left the lot, but felt like that was tmi. You get the point. DONT RENT FROM OUTDOORSY..but if you decide to anyway, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM RV Life is Good / Kirk. there are so many RVs on here. get it from someone else. and make sure you fully test the rv before you get it.
