Hi, I'm Matt. My wife and I have two children which love the outdoors just as much as we do. We live in a beautiful lake town in Kentucky and enjoy spending as much time as we can camping after a long day out on the water.

1. No smoking inside the camper.
2. Clean up any messes made from pets.
3. No parties or events inside or around the camper.
4. Please keep the camper clean and tidy during your stay.
5. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the
camper.
6. Do not remove any items from the camper.
7. Please report any damages or malfunctions to the owner as
soon as possible.
8. Do not use the camper for any illegal activities.
9. Please respect the privacy of neighboring campers and keep
noise levels to a minimum.
10. Always follow the owner's instructions regarding the use of
equipment and appliances in the camper.
11. Please ensure that all lights and appliances are turned off
when leaving the camper.
12. No open flames or candles inside the camper.
13. Do not move the camper from the designated location
without prior consent from the owner.
14. Be mindful of weather conditions that may damage the
awning. Damage caused to the awning may not be covered
by your rental insurance and additional out of pocket
expenses may occur.
15. The camper must be returned in the same condition it was
received or additional cleaning fees may apply.
16. The waste tanks must properly be dumped/drained or a
minimum fee of $150 will automatically apply (unless delivery was added on, then we will handle waste tanks upon pick up).
17. Only use RV safe toilet paper and be mindful of the amount going into the toilet. RV toilets are easy to clog and may result in additional fees if damage is done.
17.Any additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and
tear will be charged to the renter's deposit.

We had a great time renting the camper from Matt and Shelby! We had an issue on the second day but they responded quickly and fixed the issue. Delivery and pickup to Twin Knobs made the trip much easier for our family as well.

The Camper was Great. Little trouble with the table bed. Everything worked and was nice and clean. Really can't ask for more than that. The owner was absolutely amazing. Took care of couple of our requests and questions. Very friendly and family oriented. Hope to be using it again before summer is over..
