Mixed reviews on issue resolution

Ehren made an on-site visit to rectify a fresh water leak. However, another renter reported no apology or reimbursement for a severe cooling problem they believe the owner knew about.

Driving feel needs balancing

Vehicle reportedly feels unbalanced when driven. Other issues include a fresh water leak, missing awning, broken bunk bed motors, and severely inadequate AC unit, leading to extreme heat.

We had a miserable trip driving in this steel coffin. One ac unit on a 31 foot RV and we had to use the generators to push it as we drive down the road. That still wasn’t enough to cool this thing off. I’m disappointed that the owners knew how hot this camper stays, yet still rented it out. No apologies, no reimbursement for a hotel. Never again.
