This is Mini Mo. We are a family of 5, and this is our beloved RV. Mo is very easy to drive and operate at only 22 feet, and no slide outs. You'll get 9.6 MPG. She is not perfect, but very reliable, and well maintained.Mo has new batteries, fresh oil, new antifreeze, and a recent transmission service, services rear differential, brand new tires, new alignment, recently polished, replaced light bulbs so they all work, replaced speakers, repaired propane door, and ETC.Sleeping: you can comfortably sleep 6. The dinette is over 6' when laid out, the master bed is a new queen mattress (very comfortable), and the front bed is close to 8'Black water dumping fee: $100 (if not dumped)

Robert was great at explaining the rv to us! Great value for rv rental and it served us well. Only thing to mention is the rv doesn't always like going up hills when it's hot it starts to overheat requiring you to slow down. This was explained to us when we picked up the tv. Overall not the biggest deal though it did slow us down a couple times. Everything you would need is included. Robert is quick to respond when questions came up for us as none experienced rv users.
