This camper is simple to set up, and great for first time campers. Camper can sleep up to 5. It has a queen size bed in the front, twin size bunk beds in the rear, a 2 person dinette that folds to about a small bed. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater.This camper is towable with most compact pickups and many SUV’s.. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 2 hitch with a 2 ball 18” to 21” above the ground, and a 7 wire round light plug. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas Law and for safety reasons. If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add on fee.Note camper interior is in good condition and everything works like new, but this camper does have some hail damage and for this reason camper is being rented as is at a reduced rate of $80 per night until it can be repaired or replacedLinens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel.

Rules and policies
If you are towing the camper, make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with required class of hitch, trailer light plug, and brake controller to safely pull the camper you are renting.
I am not able to cool refrigerator before pickup so it is advised to bring an ice chest to store food until the fridge cools. It may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to cool.
No smoking in campers.
Out of state rentals are allowed, but special rules apply, see rental agreement. (Renter bears the responsibility for all tires and wheel bears for all out of state rentals)
Return camper clean to avoid an additional $40 cleaning fee.
Return camper with empty grey and black water tank to avoid an additional $40 fee.
Linens and towels are NOT included in all base rentals but can be added on for additional fee.
