Very clean and brand new unit. Has only been used Once. Has upgraded steps for entrance. tv with dVR and a few movies. It is available for deliveries. I had a fantastic experience renting Phillip’s RV for our trip to Potholes State Park! The RV was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family of 5. The layout was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Phillip was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He made sure we had clear instructions for everything, and his attention to detail really enhanced our experience. If you're looking for a reliable RV and a host who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend renting from Phillip!
