General Rules No Smoking – Smoking inside the trailer is strictly prohibited. Towing & Setup Towing Requirements – The renter must have a suitable vehicle with proper towing capacity. A trailer brake controller is recommended. Setup Responsibility – Please ensure the trailer is leveled, properly stabilized, and connected to hookups (if available) before use. Awning Use – Use with caution and never leave it extended during windy conditions or while unattended, as damage can occur. Inside the Trailer Keep it Clean – Please return the trailer in the same condition it was received. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt or mess. Use Toilet Properly – Only use RV-safe toilet paper (provided). Do not flush anything else, including wipes or hygiene products. Appliance Care – Be mindful when using the fridge, stove, and other appliances. Do not overload electrical outlets. Please use a hot pad on surfaces other than the stove. Return Guidelines Dumping Waste Tanks – The black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning the trailer. A dumping fee will be charged if not completed. Refueling Propane – If propane is used, it must be refilled before return or a refueling fee will apply. Damage & Repairs – Report any damage immediately. Renters are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
