Sleeps 5-6 people, one regular Queen bed, living space is transformative into the second queen bed, plus two bunk beds and bathroom! Basic dishes, bed sheets, towels, and beach towels are included! Full kitchen, dishes, necessities! No towing vehicle, no worries we can deliver to your desired location (up to 200 miles) do the full set up then pick up, so everything leaves to us!,( service is an additional charge). Towing your car should be capable of pulling 4500 lbs and be equipped with 7 pin plug in we will provide hitch and sway bars, and show you the hoop up and set up also on the camping site. When you receive your camp side, please note it can accommodate a 20 ft trailer lent with water and an electric hoop up (if no tanks are available). 30 amp service is recommended to get the full capability. We do provide all necessary adapters, hoses, and cables. Deciding to be somewhere where hoop up to electric is not available, we provide additional generators and panels to be connected (please message us for that information). Full propane tanks are included, your decision if you want to refill them and return empty and pay for refiling. Please do consider smoking is not allowed inside. Visitors are welcome but please do not have them to spend the night. We love pets but unfortunately, our policy is not allowing us to have them. Make sure the trip matches the length of your rental in case you will town and planning to visit more places! We do need to sign the contract for both sides’ protections for the renting!
