• ules of the Road To ensure a safe and respectful experience for both of us, please review and follow these rules: 1. Towing Requirements Must have experience towing trailers. Tow vehicle must be rated for the trailer's weight (GVWR) and have a working 7-pin connector + trailer brake controller. No off-roading or gravel roads beyond campground access. 2. Driving Restrictions No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved. No travel to festivals or large events without prior discussion. Travel within Canada/USA only unless otherwise agreed. 3. Care and Use Please treat the trailer as you would your own. Clean all surfaces, dishes, and appliances before return. Grey/black water tanks must be emptied prior to return (dumping fee applies if not). No climbing on the roof as it is not safe for weight. No unauthorized modifications or repairs. 4. Campsite Etiquette Use leveling blocks and chocks at all times. Awning must be retracted when unattended or in windy conditions. Campfires must be at a safe distance from the trailer. 5. Return Condition Return with a full tank of propane (unless pre-paid). Interior must be tidy and damage-free. Report any issues, damage, or malfunction promptly. Late returns (after 7pm) may incur a $25.00 fee.
