No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
We have an invisible pet policy for all pet friendly units. That means as long as there are no signs of your furry friend (no fur, dirt, damage, waste, etc.), we would love for you to bring them along. We do not allow felines and rodents (sorry). Units where pets are not allowed are clearly noted.
Do not go on the roof or use the ladder. Going on the roof or ladder will result in the loss of your entire deposit.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach prior to or at time of pickup. Please watch any instructional videos sent. Owner will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awnings are the number one most damaged item on a rental RV. As such, most rental operators do not allow the use of the awning. We allow ACTIVE use of the awning. This means, if you're sitting under it, you can use it. If you get up and walk away, roll it in! If a breeze kicks up, or you go to bed or leave the campsite, pull the awning in. A small front moving through can easily wrap the awning over the top of the camper causing thousands in damages. Of course, make sure the awning and slides are in and the leveling jacks up prior to departure.
GPS units are installed in all of our rentals. Please operate in a safe manner and in accordance with all laws. Be advised we will get alerts if you travel in excess of posted speed limits.
We ask all our renters to clean up after themselves and return the RV in the same clean condition it was when you picked it up. Please clean and stow all dishes and utensils. DON'T worry we provide a sanitary/disinfectant cleaning service between each rental.
If you have any operational questions or system malfunctions, please contact Music City RV at 615-RV4-FUN2 for over the phone troubleshooting and, if necessary arranging a service call.
