5.0The entire experience start-to-finish was great. Communication was very quick during the planning stages of our rental. Placing the reservation and signing the docs was easy. The videos were fantastic and comprehensive. They covered any question that could have come up, for example to how to pick the camper up (pass codes, connecting to the camper, etc), then the walk through of the camper showing its many features. One thing that almost tripped me up was the location of the lot at 5798 S Cottonwood St in Murray. The Easy Camper lot doesn't really have any markings and I arrived there after dark. It's a bit of a commercial area and the lot right at the intersection of S Cottonwood St and 5900S had a couple of campers parked in it and I thought that was the place. It was not, Easy Camper is about 100 yards north of that intersection. It worked out. The camper was super clean and everything worked. The heater kept us warm on 3 cold November nights. I'd use them again for sure.
