5Rhonda responded promptly when we would have questions leading up to the trip! Our arrival time was timed perfectly with Rhonda having the RV set up and ready for our walk-through. She did a great job explaining all of the features/ amenities, where to find things and what not to do for the RV. We did not experience any issues or problems during our stay and had a wonderful trip.

3We were told not to use the toilet at all to avoid filling the black tank up. This is understandable for a multi-day stay however the RV showed up to is with the black tank already 2/3 full. That is not fair to us. We paid to use the full RV and paid the dumping fee. It made the weekend more difficult than needed with two young kids.
