Great communication and accommodating. RV ready n easy to use. Location easy to access from highway. Outdoorsy is great platform for these rentals.

James was so great to work with. He had the RV ready to go before our pickup time. He was very flexible and kind. The RV kept us warm during the 40 degree temps at night. I would recommend renting from him and will keep his info for a future rental as well.

James has an excellent set up for anyone new or experienced with RV's. I have owned RV's & rented many over the years. He was great to work with & made the process & experience easy especially compared to other rentals in the past. I highly recommend.

Our host was very cooperative and easy to work with. Everything in the RV worked well, except we could not get any of the electrical outlets to work, even after following the instructions for generator use. This was inconvenient, as we were in the mountains, away from electricity. We had to inflate all of our water playthings (paddleboards, paddle rafts, etc.) using hand pumps; and I couldn't use any of the plug-in accessories I'd planned to use (phone/watch chargers, curling iron, etc.). After we returned the RV, the host discovered that several circuit breakers were tripped off. I feel this should have been checked before we picked up the RV. If we had phone service up in the mountains I could have messaged our host and possibly been told to check the circuit breakers. But that wasn't possible. Still, our camping trip to Redfish Lake was super enjoyable because of the beauty of the area and the family companionship.

It was an amazing experience renting the RV. We went and camped in a beautiful campground north of Crouch city. The rv was able to fit us all a family of 5. It felt like home in the middle of the forest. Picking up the camper was smooth and hassle free. James guided us through the operation of the camper and made everything clear. We really appreciate the service provided to us by James.
