Jeff's communication was excellent, and he ensured smooth setup/pickup. He went above and beyond by relocating the camper due to a facility error, making the entire rental experience easy and positive for guests.
Well-equipped for comfortable trips
The trailer was accurately described, in great condition, and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, and bedding. All appliances worked well, and the dinette converted to an extra bed. Minor feedback on queen mattress support.

5.0This was our first RV rental and first camping experience in a trailer. Everything was great. The trailer was just as described/pictured, communication with the owner excellent, he arrived and set it up as planned, pick up as well. The trailer was in great condition, everything worked well. Thanks, Jeff for such a positive experience!

5.0The trailer was excellent. It was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the coast. It contained all of the kitchen supplies, necessary towels, bedding. The refrigerator microwave stove and heater all worked great. The dinette dropped down into a second bed big enough for two adults. The queen size bed mattress could have been a little more supportive. Hall and Hall. It is a great trailer and I would rent it again.

5.0Only gave Jeff 5 stars because I couldn't give him 10. Communication was excellent and went above and beyond to relocate the camper when the facility gave him the wrong location for my reservation. Camper is perfect and comfortable and had all the essentials for a long weekend. Will definitely rent from Jeff again in the future.
