Welcome to your home away from home! Don't let the year fool you! Most people believe that it is a newer coach because it is so well cared for. The 400 hp diesel engine has less than 70,000 miles on it! Enjoy most of the comforts of home right down to the washer/dryer combo. The comfy king sized bed will lull you to sleep. This coach has the ability to sleep 6 adults. Both couches in the living room make into beds. The driver side into a queen size and the passenger side into a full size. There is a nice sized refrigerator in the unit and an additional chest refrigerator in the "basement". You will find plenty of drawer and closet space in the unit as well as ample storage in the "basement". The 3 burner gas range and the microwave/oven will give you the chance to cook great family meals. There are two televisions for your viewing comfort. The shower is nice sized and there are two bathroom sinks for washing up, one in the private water closet, and one next to the shower. Solid cherry cabinets make this unit look fabulous! The tile floor in both the kitchen and the bathroom make clean up an easy task. The carpet in the living space is freshly cleaned and only takes a couple of minutes to vacuum. No living out of suitcases with this beauty! Move on in and put the suitcases in the basement! You will love being in this coach whether you are staying at a campground or traveling across the country. Either way, you will travel in comfort and style!Qué incluyeCoffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. for your cooking needs.Freshly cleaned bed, bath, and kitchen linens. You will find these in plastic bins in the basement. You are welcome to bring and use your own. We recommend that you bring your own pillows due to covid-19. Hangers provided for your use in the closet.Small gas grill, camping chairs, grilling utensilsCleaning products, dish soap, vacuum, broom and dustpan.RecomendacionesWe have used ours primarily for camping and have a KOA membership. If making reservations, make sure to tell them that you have a 43' diesel pusher and that a pull through is preferred. We loved falling asleep with the bedroom windows open, smelling the campfires and waking up in the morning to the sounds of the songbirds. We have traveled to Michigan, Florida, and Las Vegas with it. We recommend that you go wherever you dreams take you, whether for a long weekend or for a few months. Absolutely no climbing on the roof.
No smoking in the coach. Cost? Loss of deposit and and additional $1000.00 for cleaning and sanitizing.
Dogs allowed but there will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $250 plus billing for any damage caused by your pets. Owner is severely allergic to cats so no cats.
You are welcome to use the dishes, linens, etc. at no addition cost as long as the items used are cleaned and put back where they belong. You are welcome to bring your own linens. If you break it, you buy it.
Coach must be in the same condition, or better than when you receive it.
If anything is missing from the inventory, there will be additional charges.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The coach needs to be picked up during daylight hours so the owner can run through instructions prior to departure.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The water hose and the sewer hose are stored underneath. We will show you how to hook it up. The electric MUST be plugged into a 50amp service so make sure that the place you are staying has full hook up for both the 30amp AND the 50amp service.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
You need to keep your speeds under 70 mph for best operation. It is a big coach and not easy to control at extremely high speeds. The radio/backup camera has a special switch to prevent any mechanical issues. If the radio shuts down, merely resetting the switch will turn it back on. We will show you how to do this during the walk through.

We want it to be driven to all of the exciting places that you want to go to. It is a 43' diesel pusher with a tag axle. It has recently been serviced and is in tip top shape! We maintain our coach on a regular basis so that it is a fun, safe way for you to vacation.
