RV Rules – Please Read Before Your Trip
Thanks for choosing our 2017 Winnebago Paseo! To ensure a smooth trip for you and future guests, please follow these simple rules.
1. No Smoking
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside. A $300 cleaning fee applies for any smoke odor.
2. Pets
Pets allowed with prior approval. Extra cleaning/damage will be charged if needed.
3. Mileage & Generator
Includes 100 miles/day and 4 generator hours/day. Extra use is billed per Outdoorsy rates.
4. Fuel
RV is delivered with a full gas tank—return full or pay cost + $25 refill fee.
5. Waste Tanks
Black/grey tanks must be emptied before return. $75 fee applies if not.
6. Cleanliness
Returned RV should be tidy—no trash, dishes cleaned, surfaces wiped. Heavy mess = fee.
7. No Roof Access
Do not climb or place items on roof. Damage will be billed.
8. No Off-Roading or Towing
Paved or maintained roads only. No towing allowed.
9. Tickets & Violations
Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets, and violations during rental.
10. Use With Care
Avoid slamming doors or forcing cabinets. Report damage or issues right away.
11. Appliances
Use systems as instructed. Don’t run appliances while driving unless approved.
12. Power Use
If off-grid, monitor power/battery use. Instructions provided at pickup.
13. Timely Return
