Dream Happy Van Life

Overall, we had a good experience renting this van from Samantha. She was able to accommodate our request for a slightly earlier pick up. She briefly reviewed the amenities that came with the van, but I do think the orientation could have been a bit more thorough. Samantha went above and beyond by supplying us with two battery operated fans when we told her our campsite did not have shore power. The van was easy to drive and had some safety features I really appreciated, like blind spot detection when changing lanes. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable and the van felt like home with all the cute decorations. Also, there was ample storage for our belongings. The outlets stopped working after the first night, which prohibited us from using the induction cook top or coffee maker. However, Samantha was really responsive and worked with us to troubleshoot this issue. While the van was as described, I do think it could be helpful to add things like a kitchen knife, cutting board, and mugs/cups for future renters. Another helpful addition that we've had in other vans is a guide book with important details (like the height and width of the van, check out instructions, how to operate various features/appliances). I also wanted to note that the water from the sink tasted strongly of plastic.

We had everything we needed to enjoy a few days of camping.
