5If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They went above and beyond and were so incredibly accommodating. We drove 5 hours the first day before stopping at a hotel that night. However, the Sprinter Van had a mechanical issue/warning (of no fault of the owners). The vehicle ran fine but the owners went out of their way that evening to swap our Van with a comparable one they had in their fleet. This meant they drove 5 hours that night, swapped the vehicles in the middle of the night, and then they drove 5 hours back. I was so impressed with their proactiveness! Service aside, the vehicle was also great. Plenty of space for our group and it was a fun way to travel for our kids. All told, I would highly recommend this vehicle and these owners!

5I wish there were six stars! The team at RS Luxury was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. We had an issue with our personal insurance covering the rental, and RS Luxury worked tirelessly to find us a solution. Whenever I had a question about the vehicle, they always quickly responded with the precise information I needed. And the sprinter van was awesome! Beautiful ride. Functioned flawlessly. Easy to drive. And delivered a big “wow factor” for the passengers. Thank you RS Luxury! Already thinking of another excuse to rent from you!

5It was an amazing service and handling by the owners. Very accommodating and the vehicle was in spectacular shape. I used this for the VirginiaTech vs ND game and it was the hit of the parking lot. A very comfortable ride which my wife enjoyed driving from Md to VirginiaTech. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this vehicle.
