Initially praised for professional, accommodating service and quick communication. However, one guest reported unresponsiveness to major safety issues and a failure to honor a promised partial refund.

Guests often praised its cleanliness, spaciousness, luxury features, and smooth, nimble driving. However, a recent rental revealed serious maintenance issues like a faulty fuel gauge and critically unsafe tires.

1.0Vehicle had maintenance issues. Fuel gauge did not work. 3 tires were not safe to be on the vehicle- the mechanic said we were very lucky we didn't have a major accident. Had to stop our trip. leave the vehicle at a mechanic repair shop, rent another vehicle, then continue our trip. Host said he would make sure we would only be charged for the time we had the vehicle, but we were charged in full. Outdoorsy and myself have tried numerous times to reach out to the host and he has been unresponsive. I will update my review if anything changes.

5.0I had a wonderful experience!!!! The owners were very professional, the van was showroom clean and it had plenty of space for my group. I am very appreciative of the great service that was rendered by this group and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

5.0Our quickly planned weekend getaway turned into one of the easiest, most memorable, and best rental experiences we've ever had. The Sprinter van was impeccably clean, inside and out. The communication was top-notch and they were extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to make our trip special in more ways than one. Above and beyond service and quality. Will definitely rent again!
