Our camper has 2 A/C's for those hot days, and a fireplace or furnace for cool nights. It sleeps 9, has 2 TV's (1 in bunkhouse & 1 above fireplace in main area) and a larger than standard fridge. Outside kitchen includes a mini fridge and flat top grill to make excellent smash burgers, grilled shrimp kabobs, omelet's or something else of your liking.Linens are available upon request for a fee (includes bedding, 8 bath towels and 8 beach towels).We only offer delivery at this time (no renter towing). With that said, you don't have to lift a finger! When we deliver we set everything up for you, this includes leveling, stabilization, water/power/sewer connections, beds are made and fridge/freezer is cold for immediate use!Qué incluyeAs part of your rental we include at no cost dishes, foldable camp chairs, a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster.Otros detalles importantes-Please do not move the slideout in and out, it is setup for your enjoyment upon delivery and will be pulled in when we come to pick it up after your rental period ends.
-Please do not adjust the stabilizer jacks during rental, they are there to support the trailer while the slideout is out. If one becomes loose there is a 4-way to extend them to snug.

We use our home away from home as we travel around supporting our kids in baseball tournaments. It is really nice being able to leave the hot ballfields and hop into an already cold RV awaiting nearby. Between games or in the evenings we get to grill some fresh food and refresh for the next day.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are only offering delivery, no pickups permitted at this time.
Q.What awning restrictions are there for Florida weather?
A.
Spontaneous Florida weather.
1. If you know it's going to rain but want to leave the awning out while at the trailer, please keep the arm on one side bent enough to allow water to run off. Without this water will pool on the top and rip the awning.
2. If you plan to venture away from the trailer not within walking distance, please close the awning as high winds can damage the awning.
3. While at the trailer, please close the awning if winds are projected.
Q.Is there any reason I should close the slide out during my rental?
A.
No, the trailer will be completely set up for your enjoyment upon delivery, this includes the slideout already open and the interior cooling awaiting your arrival. The slideout should remain open at all times and we will close it after your rental is complete upon pickup.
