Overall, we had a decent experience. Communication with the host was wonderful throughout the process, and having the camper delivered and set up was a huge convenience that made our trip much easier. When we received the camper, there were a few pre-existing issues, including minor damage to the awning and the general wear and tear you’d expect from an older camper. None of that bothered us, and we understood that rentals naturally show signs of use. Because of that, we trusted that the same level of understanding would be extended to us if any small issues arose. Unfortunately, there were a couple of unexpected concerns at the end of our rental. We were charged for a radio remote that we don’t recall ever using, and a gray water tank valve that appeared to have pre-existing dry-rotted damage ultimately failed during our trip. We were surprised by the significant labor and parts charges associated with those items. While every experience is a learning opportunity, this rental reminded us how important it is to thoroughly document every detail—no matter how minor—at both pickup and return. We appreciate the host’s communication and the convenience they provided, but we’ll certainly be much more meticulous with future rentals.

Great experience! Love the RV! Stu was responsive prior to our arrival and set everything up! We highly recommend!! Wish I took more photos. I did find one of our furbaby pouting because she was tired from swimming.
