Comes with linens, pillows, towels, dishes and cookware. Tons of storage. There's a large wardrobe closet in the bathroom plus extra closets around the bed. The dinette turns into a bed (40" x 65") for young children. Awning is electric for easy opening and closing. An outdoor shower helps to wash off sand and dirt. Brand new batteries installed in 2019.
