5.0Richard was very easy to work with, he was flexible with pick up & drop off times. The RV was spacious but we did need to bring some items for the kitchen like a toaster, mixing bowls & some utensils but we were cooking for a group of 30 people. We had to put a memory foam topper on the bed because it was not comfortable but we were gone for a week, next time I would put my own mattress in there. Overall we loved it & had a great experience
