Ronny Fikes was kind enough to let me know ahead of time that there was an issue with one of the AC units after another renter used it. He offered assistance finding another camper... so he could get the AC repaired. I appreciated his honesty and kindness!

We had a great experience with Ronny. His unit fit our needs perfectly and had all the additional items we could have imagined. We ran across a bit of a snag the first day and it was handled quickly and efficiently and Ronny was very apologetic. The communication was top knotch. Would def rent from him again.
