This is a 2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern LT 202RD. Cute, quaint, and cozy! It is equipped with a queen bed, a dinette that pulls into a bed, and a couch that also slides out into a bed. She will sleep 4 adults (2 in bed and one on each pull out) or 2 adults on the queen and up to 4 kiddos (2 on each pull out). It has a full bath with shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen area has a sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer. It is also equipped with a stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities that can be played inside or outside the RV. It has an electric awning to offer shade with an exterior LED light strip to help light up your campsite. You can also rent a dual burner propane stove for $30 which includes one full tank of propane for cooking outside the RV. An additional tank of propane can be rented for $15 if needed.Storage is available in the pass through, under the queen bed, under the couch, and under the dinette.If you have any questions, please feel free to message us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.Qué incluyeThe RV will be equipped with a set of 4 cups, plates, bowls, a pot and pan, cooking utensils, plastic silverware, paper towels, salt/pepper, linens for the queen bed. All electrical, water hook up, and sewage equipment will be included with the rental along with the wheel leveling and chocking system. You will receive a document with instructions and tips regarding the set up and tear down of the RV.Towing vehicle needs to be equipped with 2 5/16" ball hitch, 7 pin trailer connection for brakes and lights. We can provide the ball hitch if needed. We can also provide a 4 to 7 pin adapter if needed.Otros detalles importantesDue to our work schedules, pick up and drop off times are as follows:
Weekdays- between 6PM and 7PM for both pick up and drop off
Weekends- Pick up between 7AM-9AM and Drop off before 5PM
Other times can be arranged but must be approved/confirmed through personal communication.The RV is a 30 amp, but if you are camping in a campsite that only has a 50 amp plugin, we can provide you with a 50 amp adapter. Both the tongue jack and stabilizers are electric as well. Unfortunately ,we do not have a generator to provide at this time, so if you wish to dry camp you will need to provide your own generator (the AC unit will run off the 110v from the generator, but it will be more efficient, and more items can be run, if run off a 30amp service). It must be a 4000 watt minimum. Also dry-campers, there will be a $20 charge for filling the fresh water tank.There is no smoking allowed in the RV. There will be a $500 fee imposed for smoking inside the RV. There will also be a $150 fee imposed for any excessive cleaning required. The $50 RV prep fee is for cleaning, restocking, and preparation of the RV to include such things as, but is not limited to; propane, toilet paper, salt & pepper, waste tank chemicals, laundering of the linens, disinfectant cleaning supplies etc. The waste system requires specific toilet paper, so please use what is provided with the rental. All rental parties traveling with pets will be charged an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. This fee is for extra cleaning needed to ensure an allergy free environment for future renters.
