Includes all kitchen items like plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, basically anything you would need in a kitchen. Sleeps 2 in the queen bed master with plenty of storage and closet space. The dining table folds down into a sleeping space for 2. The bunkhouse is perfect for the kids! Sleeps 4 with 2 bunks and a tri-fold sofa couch that sleeps 2 more.Includes 40" tv, Roku, CD/DVD/Bluetooth stereo system with internal and external speaker system. A beautiful gas fireplace to enjoy while lounging in the heated/vibrating theater seating recliners. One touch electric LED awning, 50 AMP electrical service with 2 AC units to keep you cool in the Texas summers and power front and rear stabilizer jacks so you're not wasting time leveling your trailer with a manual jack!Outside kitchen with 2 gas burners, refrigerator and sink. Also included is a Coleman RoadTrip 285 Portable Stand-Up Propane Grill. Exterior spray port for hosing off after a day at the lake or river.Toilet paper included(please only use RV/Septic approved).You supply towels, all bedding, and food.Does NOT Include Generator- This trailer is not permitted for generator usage or dry camping.
