The Fleetwood Flair is a high quality 30 foot Class A RV. We have a personal lift on the side of the RV to lift a disabled person into the RV (will not lift a wheelchair) and a renovated 32" by 32" walk-in shower with no step. Shower chair provided if requested. We recently purchased Starlink internet service which can be added at an additional fee. At 30 feet, the RV is easy to drive and maneuver around parking lots but is large enough for all the amenities of larger RVs. The unit has a king-sized bed with a privacy door and a huge closet with multiple drawers. The unit has an microwave/convection oven and a three-burner stove. Also a pellet grill and small firepit. It has a good-sized refrigerator with a large freezer. It has a heat and air conditioning. Underneath storage to add to all the storage inside. Included are linens, dishes, silverware for six and pots and pans. A toaster and Keurig coffee maker add to the ease of making a quick breakfast. Three TVs, all with Free Roku channels including Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. A two recliner sofa was recently added for your relaxation after a day of adventure. The bathroom has a good-sized shower with a stool for those who want to sit during their shower. Grab bars have been added to help those with moderate mobility issues get into the unit and in the shower. A large rug is included to turn a dirt floor outside the unit into a comfortable living space. Four camping chairs, a small coffee table and chairs are included for your morning coffee. The unit has two slide-outs, a large one expanding the kitchen, dinette and living room. The TV in the living room is positioned across from the recliners. We have recently added a wood pellet grill and a starter supply of 3 pounds of hardwood pellets. We also added a small mobile firepit and hot dog/marshmallow forks. This is an incredible value for the money and provides your family with a very comfortable vacation.Qué incluyeFresh linens for six, four camping chairs, dishes, silverware, utensils and pans are included. The RV has an external lift for a standing person. There is an insert that covers the stairs so when the lift is at height, the disabled person can walk straight into the RV on the main level.
