PRE-DEPARTURE CHECK (Required before every move): Renter agrees to complete a full walk-around to ensure road readiness, including but not limited to: 1. MaxxFan closed 2. Cabin windows closed 3. Rear stabilization jacks raised 4. Front trailer foot fully raised 5. Rooftop tent collapsed, stowed, and latched 6. Propane tank disconnected; hose stored 7. All water/propane hoses and electrical cords disconnected and stowed 8. Safety chains and breakaway cable connected 9. Kitchen galley items stowed; cabinets closed 10. All doors locked (cabin, galley, instant hot water) 11. Bikes secured by front and rear tires 12. Tires visually checked and properly inflated ON-ROAD USE ONLY: Trailer has 15” ground clearance and is not designed for off-road or overlanding use. Well-maintained dirt or gravel roads are permitted only if suitable for standard vehicles. Outdoorsy insurance does not cover off-road damage; renter assumes full liability. ROOFTOP TENT RULES: Tent must be collapsed, stowed, and latched before moving. Climbing on the tent roof or transporting items on top is prohibited. NO SMOKING inside the trailer or rooftop tent. NO PETS inside the cabin or rooftop tent. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: An additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit if the trailer, rooftop tent, galley, or supplies are returned excessively dirty. ADD-ON SUP & LIFEJACKETS: Use is at renter’s sole risk. Renter assumes all responsibility and waives all liability claims against Richard & Jessica Hughes. A separate waiver must be signed at pickup. ADD-ON BIKE LOCK PACKAGE: Renter acknowledges locks can be defeated. Liability for bike theft remains with renter, who waives all claims against Richard & Jessica Hughes.
