Evidence of any of these three items will result in loss of full security deposit. No exceptions.
Vehicle must have adequate towing capacity for both camper and gear. Also the Class 3 hitch and ball must have a minimum of 5000 lbs. towing capacity. Check the top of your ball and imprint on receiver. If not we have them to rent so that you do not have to purchase a new set. Ball size is 2 5/16. Wiring hookup is a standard 7 pin. Trailer brakes are suggested but not required. If your insurance company will not provide a binder for rentals, please make sure to opt in for the insurance through Wheelbase during booking.
You are more than welcome to prepay in advance for the propane or cleaning fee. If you have a standard grill size tank, we would be more than happy to leave the carrier empty so that you may provide your own. This unit was brand new on November 26, 2016 and will be spotless when picked up. If the unit is returned in the same condition there will be no need for a cleaning fee. We understand things happen and for one reason or another should you not have time to clean it, we would be happy to deduct it from the security deposit upon return. Any excessive cleaning necessary will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We provide RV approved toilet paper with the rental. Please let us know how many people will be traveling so that we can provide enough. Please use this and should you run out purchase the same. NO WET WIPES, LADIES PRODUCTS, DIAPERS, ETC. If we have to go coat hanger fishing in the sewage tank for any of these items, it will result in a loss of some, a lot, or all of the security deposit depending on quantity and severity of obstruction. Please just use the free TP. The tank will be dosed with RV tank treatment prior to departure for your convenience. Long trip? I will throw a couple extra servings in there for you should you need to empty the tank mid trip. There is nothing worse than a crappy crapper for renter OR owner. Please help me out with this one so that I can continue to provide you and all subsequent renters with the cleanest odor free bathroom experience.
