No roof access. No smoking. Please remove all trash before returning the camper. Please wash all dishes used during your stay to avoid an excessive cleaning fee. If you have chosen to use our linens and towels, please place all used linens and towels in the shower. If camper or RV is picked up it must returned with all tanks Gray and Black emptied or there will be a $150 fee that will be taken from you deposit. Please be cautious of your awning, be sure to retract awning when raining, windy, or unsupervised.
