2023 Forest River No Boundaries NB20.3 Essentials Only
We have a brand new travel trailer that is lightly used. It is beautiful, spacious, and provides a comfortable place to spend time when enjoying the outdoors. It is built lighter than most other trailers which makes for an easy haul! I've decided to share this wonderful camper with others to make their own memories, and have more opportunity to adventure. This camper has a queen sized murphy bed, and double sized bunks. The kitchen table goes down to make an additional bed and could fit up to 8 people, if needed. There is ample storage for your belongings both inside and out of the trailer, and a microwave/convection combo. The kitchen has a small 2 seat bar, and there is a TV (no DVD player). The A/C works great and the heater. Everything runs off of electric or propane. There are regular outlets and USB plug-ins but they only work when connected to 30 Amp outlet or generator. This is our first year renting and we are open to ideas to continously better your experience, please feel free to share your thoughts with us on what we can do for you and your guests!Qué incluye• Toilet Paper (we don't want anything else placed down the toilet or any sinks, this will result in an additional charge of $50 for deep cleaning). We will coordinate how much toilet paper you may need ahead of the rental.

- 4 generator hours / day
• Propane Tanks (2) - Up to a $40 fee for each tank if not returned full (equal to the cost of refill).
• Black and Gray tanks - $100 fee if not returned empty and rinsed.
• Pet Deposit - $500 (separate from the primary deposit the camper). As long as your pup is well behaved you will get this back.
• Deep Cleaning Fee - Up to $100. This excludes the initial cleaning/sanitizing fee. This fee will only be incurred if additional deep cleaning is required. Fee amount is determined after assessing the level of cleaning needed. Cats are not allowed (owner is severely allergic), this will result in a certain deep cleaning fee.
• No use of the outdoor awning. These get damaged easily and we would like them to remain closed, please. (Additional $25 fee will be charged if these are found to have been used).
• It is recommended to haul without full water tanks to keep your load lighter, but if you find your plans are for dry camping and would like us to fill them up before your arrival we are happy to do so for a $50 fee.
